We had a great experience with Melissa. She took incredible pictures of the house and it really helped move the process along. We were under a time restraint as well and through Melissa's expertise and the one open house she hosted, we had 3 offers less than 24 hours later, with a deal on the table 48 hours after the house went officially on the market. She is quick to respond to any questions and is incredibly hard working. I would recommend Melissa to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the area.

Melissa understood the style of home I was searching for and was patient - no matter how many homes I wanted to see in a given day! She knows the area well which helped as I was moving from a distance. She was very professional and fought hard to assure I would be able to move in the same day I sold my home. She referred local trades people who have worked out well. I truly appreciate her communication style - always ready with an answer. I am forever grateful and highly recommend Melissa.

I worked with Melissa to sell my Mother's Home She was great at taking pics of the home, they came out very nice. She was easy to work with easy to get in touch with and worked hard to sell the home. When the house sold she was very helpful getting us info on what had to be done to close the deal. Everything went off without any problems, we were very happy with her service and our experience selling the home.

Working with Melissa during March and April , during Covid was much less stressful. Melissa was aware of my husband's compromised immunity and took every precaution to sell our home. We were comforted with her professionalism and extensive care to keep our environment safe while still in our home. We highly recommend Melissa and feel she works above and beyond.

Melissa was wonderful in helping us find the perfect first home! She was able to answer all questions and point us in the right direction!
